BmeccRemoteHelp is made in three different versions: PC, Android devices with SDK 6.0 or higher, smart glasses. The PC version is always installed on all machines. Any web-cam for the surveillance in critical points may be installed. The Android version is only released for devices with SDK 6.0 or higher. It can be installed on all smartphones devices, but a preliminary test is required for the quality of image transmissions. It is possible to have discounted prices for more than two installations connected on the same company network. The smart glasses version is released only on our devices and installed by B.Meccanica personnel.
