The NT conveyor belt is a motorized conveyor belt made up of stainless steel sheet, with Inverter drive and single-phase power supply. equipped with adjustable and inclinable legs (+/- 20 ° and +/- 150mm with respect to the required height). The NT conveyor belt is made in the version with food-grade fabric tape, indistrial with welded or hinged joint, or in

polypropylene and kevlar, knitted plastic or metal chain with shutters with chain. For all types of NT series tapes, the washable quick-release head, tapered rollers and for lengths longer than 3.5m are available the center motorization (only for cloth belts). On all lengths the termination with washable roller is available. All cylinders are 80mm in diameter or 140mm depending on the type of support. Adjustable side guides in stainless steel and white polythene are always available. Many accessories are available, such as: rasciatori, pallets, knights on the belt, loading and unloading hoppers, curved ribbons, legs for partcular elevations, liquid collection tanks, removable under-cover lids for waste collection. THE TAPES ARE ALL COMPLETELY WASHABLE AND WITH SIDE WINDOWS FOR INTERNAL CLEANING. The belts are completely customizable according to needs and according to the modules of length provided.

Special features of the structure: The NT "SN" series (upward tapes with joint) is equipped with special legs designed to fit the customer according to the type of installation: mobile, fixed tessellata on the ground or on the ceiling. The structure can be articulated in a single point, for a maximum angle of 55 ° with respect to the designed angle (eg if a structure with a 25 ° joint is designed, it will be possible to modify + and - 22.5 ° the angles designed in installation phase).

For all types of Nt-eco series tapes there is a washable quick-release head, tapered rollers and motorization in the center is available for lengths longer than 3.5m. The "pen" roller termination with a diameter of 20mm is available on all lengths. All cylinders are 60mm in diameter or 80mm depending on the type of cloth. Adjustable side guides in stainless steel and white polythene are always available.

Speed ​​control and emergency commands on remote keypad and can be installed in any position at any time. Possibility to protect the keypad from maneuvering. Direction of travel: settable.
