B.Meccanica realizes custom control software according to customer needs or according to shared development projects.
Developing on Linux embedded devices, Linux RealTime or Android we are able to offer maximum customization of our control devices. We program using the most modern Java / Android, python 3.x and C / C ++ languages with interface libraries. We can create from the most classic HMI to real dedicated controllers that obtain data from devices of all kinds, from infrared cameras, ultrasounds and virtually any type of sensor. But we dialogue with all controllers and controls via fieldbus such as ethercat, ethernet-ip, modbus tcp-ip and modbusr rtu, canopen and canopen fd.

All our systems are made and studied in-house. We have been producing vision systems, barcode and QrCode scanners, softPlc for Custom devices, and controls based on both Hard Real Time and Soft Real Time.
Remote assistance technology is our next standard
After two years of research and development we have gained the ability to provide assistance with our systems and programs through smart glass. But this is only the beginning of our ambitions for assistance. We would like to implement predictive assistance outside the world of sensors that are already present in many devices, and use the vision to perform "intelligent inspection maintenance" that are activated for example when a chain "makes too much noise" or a belt "oscillates too much". Installing a maintenance technician on the machine is our next step.
