Automatic Former BEm2008: Automatic trainer with horizontal motorized magazine. The trainer can work different types of American format boxes. The lower closure with adhesive tape is carried out as soon as the box is formed. In this way it is ready to continue the filling phase.
Pa2m trainer: Semiautomatic box trainer. Robust construction in laser-processed sheet metal and CNC bending machine, suitable for molding, filling and closing stations with operator. The box is removed from the pack and inserted into the molder taking care to keep it inclined and press it down until it touches the lane at the bottom and the side adjustable side panel. In this way, with just the insertion, two flaps will fold. At this point, the box is pushed forward and, when it comes to micro-tires, it will activate the flaps which will close the other two lower flaps and hold the box in position while filling it. At the end of filling the operator will activate the ejector with a button to evacuate the box. Suitable to be coupled with CS or NTN series taping machines.
