The KBVN series Cartesian robots and the Scara Kr planetary palletizers are designed to be user-friendly

The scara Kr palletizers then have the particularity of occupying minimal space surfaces and operating with reduced electric consumption rates up to 50% compared to a Cartesian. They are faster (up to 12 cycles per minute) at the expense of a slight decrease in flow (maximum 45 kg). Both are based on the same control technology and in 2017 we realized identical on-board electrical panels for both.

After the installation of the machine the program changes will be very simple and intuitive, just in fact choose the desired file that will appear on the desktop of the pc on board after entering a passworld security. For changes to the program quota, it will be sufficient to open the work program with the on-board editor or with any type of notepad on an external PC and make the necessary changes.

It is possible to create machines with 1, 2 or 3 pallets on the ground with or without empty pallets and with or without full pallet evacuation rollers. The NT conveyor belt is a motorized conveyor belt made up of stainless steel sheet, with Inverter drive and single-phase power supply. equipped with adjustable and inclinable legs (+/- 20 ° and +/- 150mm with respect to the required height). The NT conveyor belt is made in the version with food-grade fabric tape, indistrial with welded or hinged joint, or in

polypropylene and kevlar, knitted plastic or metal chain with shutters with chain. For all types of NT series tapes, the washable quick-release head, tapered rollers and for lengths longer than 3.5m are available the center motorization (only for cloth belts).
