With the new versions of the Kr-v4 and K1 robots, we always keep our machines ready in our laboratories, both for demo purposes to customers and as a machine warehouse. Our intention is, in fact, to always work on a machine ready to avoid having too many accumulations of delivery times when you are going to realize the customizations of any lines.
We always keep a good stock of components, which allows us to make small customizations more quickly without having to wait for third-party supply.
An idea or solution can not wait 15 days to be put into practice and implemented
This is the philosophy that distinguishes us. Normally there is a risk of solving the small information forgotten by the customer. Often this involves small but not trivial achievements. Having a good stock of components serves to be more responsive in the answers.
The basic components of our machines
Over time we have found that often are the things that the customer takes for granted but who has not highlighted or communicated to create the biggest embarrassments during the installations. And while our lean and flexible organization allows us to give quick answers in realizing new components, however, the control of the new component can become a problem. This is why the new KR-v4 and K1 robot versions are equipped with 32 entry points and 32 additional exit points. For example, it is possible to drive up to 32 pneumatic cylinders! More than enough to solve the small problems but also to cover future implementations to the line!
