The K series delta robots are made with technological materials and stainless steel to follow the hygienic standards required in food environments.

Powerful and sturdy, easy to wash with the new versions with self-supporting structures welded to tig with round and thick stainless steel tubular. Ceiling electrical panel for washes with a pressure washer of the underlying equipment.

Created for food environments, it has the electrical panel above the self-supporting structure and all the parts of the robot are made of stainless steel, FDA-certified technoplastics or technological fibers coated with FDA certified paint and resistant to shocks. We make it with an extended work area (1100x1100x450 mm) and loads of 5 kg on the wrist and 40 kg. on the wrist, or with a standard area (750x750x250mm approx) and wrist loads up to 2Kg.

Pallettizer scara KR-v4

B.Meccanica makes Scara Kr-v4 palletizers born from the experience with the Kr and KBVN series. This new product integrates the most innovative mechatronic technologies, motion control, security and connectivity, not to mention the careful study for the lowering of electricity consumption during normal operations.

The new palletizer Kr-v4 has characteristics of reduced energy consumption, reduced consumption of space on the ground and high speed of execution.

In addition, thanks to its 5 axes as well as making the sockets and deposits, can place the pallets on the ground starting from a simply stacked warehouse. With the optional "integrated vision system" it is possible to detect the position and the size of the pallets to be picked up, adapting the gripper grip.

The main features:

  • Maximum speed 20pcs / min
  • maximum load 40Kg
  • maximum consumption on the ground with 1 pallet on the ground and warehouse pallets: 2.5 x 2.5m
  • vision system for taking pallets
  • 5 axes and double tool for taking pallets and product socket
  • standard power consumption less than 1500w

The new Kr-v4 scare palletizers are made with very low planetary or "harmonic" gearboxes. These technologies allow very high reduction ratios with high mechanical efficiency, so as to minimize losses and power consumption on the gearbox itself. In addition to the construction of gearboxes with structural bearing bearings, it allows the reduction of the components and the weights of the mechanics, with greater reduction of power required.

The arms, in the "fast" version are made of technological and composite fibers such as kevlar fibers, carbon and new generation polymers such as peek, all covered with a layer of epoxy paints certified for food use that guarantee smooth surfaces, resins to the impacts and they are a perfect protective antidamiation.

This combination of innovative mechanical elements has allowed us to reduce the power installed in the engine and at the same time allows us to install engines at high rpm, almost double compared to common brushless motors, thus increasing the overall performance of the machine while limiting consumption compared to the previous.

Innovative program creation software also helps inexperienced users to create complex custom palletizing schemes. From the user panel then, you can control every single element of the automation that you might want to equip the machine, for example: wrapping machines, loading or unloading lines, pallet warehouses and line condensers for incoming products.

We are doing a promotional campaign. Book your demo with a standard product or send us your product. A video will be created especially for you so that you can evaluate the validity of this palletizer with your product. 3% discount for those who buy after a demo on the list price.

The videos available will be uploaded at the end of the promotional campaign in mid-February 2019.
